Preparation

Interior Painting:
All furniture, items, and floors are covered with clean drop cloths and plastic. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, taped, patched, sanded and primed.
All baseboards, windows, and frames are professionally taped and covered to protect.
All surfaces are lightly sanded and cleaned to prepare surface for primer and paint.
All gaps are filled with high quality painters caulking.
All patches are fully primed before painting.

Exterior Painting:
All surfaces being painted are power washed before any work begins.
All windows, plants and other areas near work area are covered to protect.
All wood trim is scraped, sanded and cleaned to prepare surface for primer and paint.
All holes are patched.
All gaps are filled with high quality painters caulking.
All stucco holes and cracks are scraped, patched and textured to match.
All patches are fully primed before painting.

Painting

This includes meticulous preparation before applying two coats of quality paint from Benjamin Moore, Dunn-Edwards, Pratt & Lambert, Sherwin Williams or other high quality brands.

Cleaning and Restoration

Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed.

Inspect

Post-painting inspection of work. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. Inspect our work before we consider the job complete.
